About the Surgery

1.Overview: The doctor divides the skin with a horizontal incision near the top of the frenulum (A frenulum is connection between the foreskin and the penis on the underside of penis, whenever the frenulum is tight, it creates resistance during an erection and causes pain). The doctor re-stitches the cut to elongate the frenulum and alleviate the pain. Dissolvable stitches are used to close the cut. The cut goes within 2-3 weeks.
