Dr Ananya graduated from J.J.M. Medical college, Davangere in 2003 and moved to England to pursue higher training in orthopedics.
Dr Ananya became an expert in joint replacement surgery working at Wrightington Hospital.
He was selected for Super Specialty Training in Foot & Ankle Surgery at Golden Jubilee National Hospital, Glasgow-and gained significant experience in managing complex foot & ankle conditions including diabetic Charcot Disease, sports injuries, arthritis, pilon fractures and Ankle Replacement.
Dr Ananya Puttaraju worked as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon- lower limb specialist in Joint Arthroplasty and Foot & Ankle Surgery at Tameside General Hospital,UK and was the Lead for National Hip fracture Database and was instrumental in reducing the mortality and morbidity in elderly geriatric patients with fracture neck of femur."
