1.Calcium Stones (Phosphate\/Oxalate stones)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

This type of kidney stones are most common types of kidney stones and are found in around 80% of the patients<\/strong>. Most of the calcium stones are usually calcium oxalate<\/strong> where as some of the them are calcium phosphate.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Calcium stones are formed when your diet has oxalate rich foods<\/strong>. You can reduce the risk of calcium stones by decreasing the oxalate rich food<\/strong> (potato chips, peanuts, beets, spinach and chocolate) in your diets.<\/p>\r\n

2.Uric Acid Stones (Urate stones)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

If you are not consuming enough fluids<\/strong> then you might be at risk to get uric acid stones. People who also have a high protein diet<\/strong> and have Gout<\/strong> are also in risk of uric acid stones. Men have a higher risk of developing Uric acid stones compared to women & Nearly 5% – 10% of the kidney stones are Uric Acid stones.<\/p>\r\n

These type of stones form when the urine is too acidic<\/strong>. This happens when your diet is rich in purine or when you are not consuming enough fluid. You can reduce the risk of Uric Acid Stones by<\/p>\r\n
